The event commenced on a serene and auspicious note with the collective chanting of the Navkar Mantra and Logass, setting a spiritual and positive foundation for the day.
Following this, members and their families enthusiastically participated in a plantation drive, where nearly 60 saplings were planted. This activity beautifully conveyed the message of Green India and helped inculcate the habit of giving back to nature, especially among the younger generation.
A wholesome and delicious breakfast was then served, enjoyed by all with a strong emphasis on the message of zero food wastage, reinforcing the value of “Jutha na jaye thali me.”
The event further progressed with various acts of jeev daya (compassion towards living beings), including crow seva, rabbit seva, and feeding of animals such as rats, guinea pigs, tortoises, and more. These activities sensitized members and children alike to the importance of coexistence and kindness toward all life forms.
The core purpose of the day unfolded with Gau Seva. Members collectively prepared lapsi, beautifully decorated with giri, gulab patti, and other offerings. Post preparation, everyone proceeded to the cow shelter, where cows were lovingly fed with vegetables, green grass, and lapsi. Families and children deeply enjoyed the divine aura and gained meaningful insights into the significance of Gau Seva.
To strengthen bonding among members, a series of fun-filled games were organized. These included tug of war across all segments—kids, women, and men; sack races for members and children; and a lively musical chair game for ladies. These activities not only brought joy and laughter but also conveyed powerful messages of unity, mutual understanding, and being available for one another at all times.
The event concluded with a delicious meal, enjoyed together by everyone, leaving behind cherished memories, strengthened relationships, and a deep sense of fulfillment.
Overall, the event was a perfect blend of spirituality, service, sustainability, and togetherness, reflecting the true values and spirit of our association
