The JITO Jodhpur Chapter, in association with the JITO Jodhpur Youth Wing (JBN Jodhpur), successfully organized an insightful Leadership & Management Team Training Workshop on 26th October 2025 at the iStart Nest Incubation Centre, Jodhpur. The session witnessed the active participation of 24 attendees, including leadership teams from all three JBN Referral Groups — Arihant, Siddha, and Navkar, along with members of their respective management teams.

The event commenced with the serene chanting of the Navkar Mantra, setting a spiritual and positive tone for the session. The esteemed speakers for the workshop were Mr. Vikas Jain (Rajasthan Zone Co-Convenor), Mr. Ankit Arvind Jain (JBN Jodhpur Co-Convenor), and Mr. Himanshu Mehta (Mentor, JBN Arihant). They shared valuable insights on leadership structure, management coordination, and the essence of teamwork within JBN.

Mr. Ankit Arvind Jain, supported by Mr. Vikas Jain, elaborated on the JBN hierarchy and clearly defined leadership roles and responsibilities. Mr. Himanshu Mehta emphasized the significance of collaboration, communication, and clarity within management teams for effective operations. The session concluded with impactful takeaways from Mr. Vikas Jain on enhancing synergy and coordination across all JBN chapters.

The workshop proved to be an enriching and empowering experience, paving the way for more structured, collaborative, and efficient leadership within JBN Jodhpur.
