The JITO Jodhpur Chapter and Youth Wing JBN Siddha hosted an electrifying Leadership Transition Meet, aptly titled “Leadership Reloaded – The Next Chapter Begins!” The event marked a defining moment of celebration, learning, and leadership renewal, beautifully described by Mr. Ankit Arvind Jain as “the perfect passing of the baton.” The morning began with the divine chanting of the Navkar Mantra, setting an inspiring tone for the proceedings. Over 30 members and visitors joined in an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, networking, and the spirit of Grow Together, Rise Together.
A key highlight of the event was the introduction of the innovative Problem Solving Round, where members discussed real-life business challenges and exchanged practical solutions — a true reflection of JBN’s collaborative networking model. The session also featured an insightful Feature Presentation by Mr. Kapil Jain (Siddhi Vinayak Art & Craft) on Timber Wood – Quality, Uses & Craftsmanship, offering deep learning and inspiration for all attendees.
The meet was graced by esteemed dignitaries: Mr. Priyesh Bhandari (Chairman, JITO Jodhpur), Mr. Navdeep Golecha (JBN Rajasthan Convenor), Mr. Vikas Jain (Co-Convenor, JBN Rajasthan), CA Ankit Mehta (JBN Jodhpur Convenor), Mr. Ankit Arvind Jain, and Mr. Neeraj Mehta (Co-Convenors, JBN Jodhpur). Heartfelt gratitude was extended to the outgoing leaders — Mr. Neeraj Mehta, Mr. Ankit Arvind Jain, and Mr. Rahul Dhariwal, whose vision and dedication have shaped JBN Siddha’s journey.
The newly inducted team — Mr. Rahul Surana (Group Head), Mr. Hanuman Jain (Group Secretary), and CA Ashish Kumar Jain (Group Lead) — took charge with enthusiasm and vision. With ₹61+ lakhs in business generated during the meet and ₹33+ crores cumulatively, along with engaging team-building activities led by Mr. Rahul Bhandari, the event concluded on a high note.
It was truly a morning of Leadership, Learning, and Legacy — as JBN Siddha confidently steps into its next chapter of growth and collaboration!
