Zaayka 2025: A Celebration of Jain Culinary Art – Flavour, Health & Togetherness
Grand Event Organized by JITO Jaipur Ladies Wing | Held on 15th April 2025 at Kibana, Jaipur
Jaipur, 15th April 2025 – The Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) Jaipur Ladies Wing proudly hosted a unique and vibrant event titled “Zaayka – A Power-Packed Culinary Experience”, which beautifully brought together the essence of taste, wellness, and community bonding. The event was held at Kibana, where around 80 members participated, and 12 contestants competed in the culinary competition.
The program commenced with a captivating live cooking session by renowned chefs Diya Shah and Dhruvi Jain, who presented a variety of Jain recipes while sharing insightful tips on health and nutrition. Their engaging session inspired all attendees and enriched their understanding of Jain cuisine.
The excitement continued with the much-anticipated “Tadka Twist” cooking competition, where participants showcased their creativity, culinary techniques, and passion for food. The competition was judged by the distinguished panel of Chef Diya Shah, Dhruvi Jain, and Ayushi Jain, who evaluated the dishes on the basis of taste, presentation, and innovation.

The event was smoothly conducted by Health & Nutrition Convener Mrs. Sarika Kumat, Convener Megha Jain, and Co-Convener & Vice Chairperson Mrs. Shalini Lodha, under the dynamic leadership of Chairperson Mrs. Meghna Jain and Chief Secretary Mrs. Prerna Ranka.
Adding further prestige to the event was the gracious presence of dignitaries including Mrs. Shashi Mandot (Secretary, JITO Ladies Wing Apex), Mrs. Sarita Lodha (Convener, JITO Ladies Wing Rajasthan Zone), and from JITO Jaipur Chapter, Mrs. Saloni Jain and Mr. Hitesh Bhandia. Behind the scenes, a dedicated team of members – Ekta, Anamika, Revika, Surbhi, Karishma, Samriddhi, Riddhi, Ritika, and Namrata – worked diligently to ensure the event’s smooth execution.
The celebration concluded with a sumptuous lunch and distribution of delightful gifts to all participants. “Zaayka” was not just an event – it was a tribute to Jain culinary heritage, an expression of women empowerment, and a joyous gathering of shared passion and purpose.
